Paper Submission Procedure and Overview
Papers addressing the challenges of sustainability of a maximum of 8 pages are to be formatted according to the template linked here.
Papers shall be submitted using the Microsoft CMT online submission system before 31 December 2025.
A notification of acceptance or rejection shall be sent to the participants before 15th of January 2025.
Accepted papers can be presented in the conference. The presenting author of each paper shall receive the certificate of presentation.
Presented papers shall be graded according to their technical soundness, novelty and area by the session conveners.
Based on the grades, selected papers shall be forwarded for review and publication in Journal of Thermal Engineering or Sigma Journal of Engineering and Natural Sciences or Springer-Nature Lecture notes in Mechanical Engineering.
Other papers shall be published at Walnut publication after review and recommendation by the review committee.
All publications shall be made only with the consent of the authors of the respective papers.
