Registration Procedure

1. All authors willing to present their work at the conference are requested to register only after receipt of notification of acceptance of their paper.

2. To register, participants are requested to transfer the registration fee to the following account:

3. The registration fee for various categories of participants is mentioned in a table at the end of this page. 

4. After payment of fees, participants should submit a duly filled registration form. (Link to registration form: https://forms.gle/RpT4mW7WANjwmPoT9)

5. A confirmation email will be sent within a day of submission of the form.

Registration : Benefits, terms and conditions

1. Registration fee for authors/delegates covers a conference kit, lunch and high tea. The registration fee for participants from India and abroad is as mentioned in the table given below. 

2. The registration fee is inclusive of GST.

3. Registration fee does not cover accommodation charges.

4. Fee for accompanying person is Rs. 1000/- (inclusive of GST). The accompanying person fee covers access to all conference sessions, lunch and high tea.

5. Accommodation for student category participants may be available in a hostel on twin twin-sharing basis with nominal charges and subject to availability.
